WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $49

Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities regarding shipping. Currently we do not offer shipping to Hawaii and Utah as per state restrictions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Shipping Rates and Methods: We provide various shipping options for domestic orders, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected during checkout. All orders over $49.99 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee if faster delivery is required.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen during checkout and your location. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping typically delivers within 1-3 business days.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package(s) using the provided tracking number.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours.

  • Tracking Your Order: A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your package(s) during transit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TRP Cigars is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery status, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for you to investigate further.
