Aladino 85 Aniversario Reserva cigars are made by JRE Tobacco Co., the Eiroa family's company, at Fábrica de Puros Aladino in Honduras. The line is a Honduran puro with Pinareño wrapper, binder and filler, and it is medium in strength.
The Aladino 85 Aniversario Reserva Blend
Every leaf in the blend is Pinareño, a Cuban-seed tobacco brought to Honduras in 1960. It yields less than Corojo and is harder to grow, so it is rarely used on its own. Julio Eiroa spent several years raising it on the JRE farm before releasing a cigar made from it.
History and Production
The line was created to mark Julio Eiroa's 85th birthday and debuted at the 2025 PCA trade show. It is regular production, though JRE limits how many boxes each retailer can order per month. The cigars come in yellow boxes of 20.
